Shortened form of the suburb Indooroopilly in Brisbane. Also used to signify the main shopping centre in Indooroopilly: I'm going to Indroo for some shopping.
Contributor's comments: I have never heard of Indroo, but Indrops was commonly used to describe Indooroopilly when I went to UQ in the 80's.
