Contributor's comments: TER in Victoria is now replaced by ENTER. Don't know what the EN stands for.
Contributor's comments: As far as I understand it, TER is obsolete. The ENTER is Equivalent National Tertiary Entrance Ranking, and as such cannot be a regionalism. It is regional to the whole of Australia.
