no particular meaning, seems to be added as a habit to the end of many sentences: used in the South West Slopes area of NSW, including Young, Boorowa, etc.

Contributor's comments: I think this has Scottish roots. In the West of Scotland (esp. around Glasgow), adding 'so it is' to the end of most sentences is very common, so it is!
