Contributor's comments: When I was a kid in the 70s in Sydney we used to say "Fair suck of the sav!" or "Fair suck of the sausage!" or, even better, "Fair suck of the Siberian sandshoe!" Also, it could be shortened to the simple "Fair suck!"
